Mont Boron is a sought-after area for the panoramic views it offers of the city of Nice, Villefranche or Cap Ferrat. There are many houses, as close as possible to the Mediterranean Sea and all along the 200 metres of height of Mount Boron. Due to its altitude, it is a place that attracts many tourists who come to enjoy the living spaces that are set up there.
Near the sea, there are many exclusive and popular residences that offer a view of the city of Nice such as Eden Roc, the Marquise, the Cap des Anges and the Nereides. These residences, built in the rock, allow you to enjoy a view of the port of Nice as well as the entire city of Nice, while enjoying an immediate proximity to the sea and without any vis-à-vis.
There are also, through an access by the lower corniche, luxury residences such as the Haussmann residence which takes its name from Baron Haussmann, great craftsman of the transformation of the city of Paris during the 19th century, who had acquired land to build his second house on Mont Boron. His house was later replaced by a luxury residence composed of three apartment buildings that offer a view overlooking the port of Nice and the Baie des Anges.
With a prestigious location on Boulevard Carnot, the residence Le Mélisande offers panoramic views and proximity to all amenities.
In the direction of Villefranche, the emblematic Palais Maeterlinck takes its name from the eponymous writer Maurice Maeterlinck, who bought the property at auction and lived there with his wife. If the Palace had been transformed into a residence and then a hotel, it would become a luxury residence that extends along the tip of the Cap de Nice. Facing this palace on the other side of the lower cornice, stands the Maeterlinck residence, all the apartments of this residence benefit from a southern exposure.
Just before passing the tip of the Cape, approaching Villefranche-sur-Mer and perceiving Cap Ferrat, we find the residence of Cap de Nice whose building, built in a semi-circle, also has a southern exposure.
Then, you enter the residence of Les Collines de la Paix, which features a diamond-shaped swimming pool between the two buildings that make up this large residence, which, unlike the apartments on the Nice side of Mont Boron, offers a view of Villefranche and the Cap Ferrat peninsula as far as its lighthouse.
From the lower corniche, it then becomes possible to access the Avenue des Hespérides, which contains many residences that take place on the entire side of Mont Boron, which looks out over the bay of Villefranche. These residences benefit from an additional height compared to the residences along the lower corniche and offer beautiful views.
Whether on the side of Mont Boron facing the city of Nice or on the side towards Cap Ferrat, our people are happy to assist you in the realisation of your real estate project.
