A peninsula located south of the city of Antibes

It is a peninsula located south of the city of Antibes and east of the seaside resort of Juan-les-Pins where are located luxurious villas, some of which are well known by celebrities.
Especially during the Cannes Film Festival, many celebrities choose Le Cap d ‘Antibes to reside, not far from Cannes and in an exceptional setting. The villas for vacation rental on the Cap d ‘Antibes are located in exceptional locations and are equipped to offer all comfort and magnificent sea views as well as unforgettable sunsets.

Prestigious villas and apartments of high standing

You can follow the coastal path and visit the villa Eilenroc located in the middle of an eleven-hectare park. The villa is separated from the sea by the passage of the ‘Tire-Poil’ path which connects the beach of Garoupe to the cove of ‘Argent Faux’ on 3.2 kilometers.

On John Fitzgerald Kennedy Boulevard, going west from the Cape, you will find another famous villa, the villa Les Chênes Verts. Jules Verne spent 6 winters here rewriting his novels for the theatre.

A little further away we find the Hôtel du Cap Eden Roc in a park of nine hectares. The palace offers excellent services to its guests. The establishment has 118 rooms including four villas and three restaurants with a breath-taking view of the sea.

The villa Aujourd’hui is a modernist residence built by the American architect Barry Dierks in 1938 for the fashionable Mrs Audrey Chadwick. It ranks among the most notable buildings created by Dierks on the French Riviera and is also one of the last expressions of the modernist style of the pre-war era.

The Villa Thuret, built by the botanist of the same name in 1857, is now a state-owned property managed by the INRA and houses a plant research and acclimatization center. Its gardens were classified as “Remarkable Garden” in 2007. George Sand wrote in 1868 that it was “the most beautiful garden she had seen in her life”. The park can be visited during the week only.

Just a few steps from the Juan-les-Pins casino, at the beginning of the cape, is located Le Parc du Cap, a program of 88 apartments ranging from 2 rooms to duplexes and penthouses with private swimming pool on the roof terrace.

In other words, the Cap d’Antibes is a place for the privileged, in a green setting on the water’s edge; a place to dream about.
